Mark, however, would be appalled by that. I would need a huge sunroom so I can "be outside" but not really. I also want a huge window seat. I need a beautiful garden and flowers and a large front porch as well. I DO NOT want to maintain the garden and flowers. Oh I want a small waterfall as well.
